Golf Academy Expansion & Seamless Integration
At Southern Blue Construction, we’re proud to have partnered with Spring Creek Ranch, a premier private golf club in Collierville, Tennessee. Home to one of the region’s most acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature courses, Spring Creek Ranch caters to a passionate, high-end membership deeply committed to the game. The club offers exceptional practice facilities, a top- tier Golf Academy, and year-round resources designed to elevate every member’s performance and enjoyment.
In spring 2024, Spring Creek expanded its teaching capabilities with two new heated hitting bays and a state-of-the-art Tour Putt facility. These additions—led by Director of Instruction Jonathan Fly and Jeff Smith (instructor to PGA Tour, Korn Ferry Tour, and elite players of all ages)—further reinforce the club’s dedication to game improvement and excellence. When it came time to bring this expansion to life, Spring Creek turned to us, and we delivered. As Greg King, PGA, General Manager of Spring Creek Ranch, shared in his review:
“When we began the process of determining how a new building could fit well with the three heated hitting bays and the previous academy building, we were delighted to meet and work with Southern Blue Construction – Denver Hall and company. Denver brought many great ideas and a “can do” willingness to help us overcome many hurdles of spacing, working with code enforcement, timelines, and a defined budget. As we worked through the project, I found Denver to be nothing short of exactly what you’re looking for as a builder – consistent, of excellent character and spirit, respectfully transparent, and a positive attitude throughout. I will recommend Denver Hall and Southern Blue Construction to everyone, and invite anyone reading this to come take a look at what he built here at Spring Creek Ranch!”
We’re honored by the trust placed in Southern Blue Construction and thrilled with how our work has contributed to Spring Creek Ranch’s world-class experience. We wholeheartedly stand behind this partnership and invite anyone to visit and see the impact firsthand.
